This application version offers registration for information on new software updates and a new layout designed to give you a little more information when you might need it. The Nokia Software Updater is available in 38 languages from here or your local Nokia support pages.

The software release 3.23 is available directly through your Nokia 6220 classic via "over-the-air". The release 3.23 includes improved stability with Bluetooth (headsets and car kits) and Navigation.

Size of this "over-the-air" update package is approximately 1.5 MB. To get this software through your Nokia 6220 classic, click Menu > Settings > Data mgr. > Device Manager. Select Options > Check for updates and follow the on-screen prompts.

Nokia provides this software free of charge. However, costs for downloading may be charged by your network operator or service provider. Please contact them for information about pricing.

As with all software releases, note that your mobile service provider, operator, or carrier may not have approved this release. Nokia produces many different variants of each product (for different countries and languages) and not all variants have the latest Nokia device firmware. It is our priority to update all variants as quickly as possible.

This software version improves the overall performance and adds new features to Ovi Contacts. The friend request popup has been enhanced to include also the full name and profile picture of the person sending an invite. To get this software through your device, select Applications > SW update. To download and install the selected updates select Options > Start update.

This software release follows the 13.052 release and comes with further N78 stability improvements. In addition to system-wide fixes the update contains Bluetooth audio enhancements, photo UI developments and e-mail upgrades. To get this software through your Nokia N78, click Menu > Tools > Utilities > Device Manager. Select Options > Check for updates and follow the on-screen prompts. Remember that you can also use Wi-Fi to download the update. Additionally this software release is available through the Nokia Software Updater: www.nokia.com/softwareupdates.

This software release includes a new versions of Mail For Exchange and Nokia Maps. The release also includes a number of performance improvements including camera viewfinder orientation, Mail for Exchange synchronisation and browsing. Please note that if you have encrypted your device or memory card, decrypt it before the software update to avoid possible data loss.
